Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to the USA, Canada, New Zealand, Australia, and the UK.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are typically delivered within 5 to 8 business days from the date of dispatch.

How will I know my order has been shipped?

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Please contact us at hello@spinpro.com as soon as possible. We can only update your address if the order has not yet been dispatched.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unused and in original packaging. See our Return and Refund Policy for full details.

How do I start a return?

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

What age range are your rackets designed for?

Our junior rackets are designed for young players at various stages of development. Each product listing includes size and age recommendations to help you choose the right racket.

Are your rackets strung?

Some models come strung and others do not — please check the individual product listing for details.

Cancellations

Can I cancel my order?
