At Spin Pro, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before placing your order.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been dispatched. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@spinpro.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.
After Dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. In this case, you may return the item(s) once received in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
Refunds for Cancelled Orders
If your cancellation request is approved before dispatch, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
